WDD 2012

Assalamualaikum, and hi.

Fuhhh, today was a very hectic day for me. As I wrote earlier on my previous entry, I have join a walkathon for World Diabetes Day. I was fun, and I have my first experience, walk with strangers. HAHA!

I was late actually, and Kak Huda keep calling me. But lucky me, Julie and her brother willing to fetch me at my house. When we arrived, the event almost are almost start. The three of us are "kelam-kabut", but somehow managed to took some photo at the starting point. Kak Huda also managed to upload it on Facebook immediately after that. HAHA!

With Kak Huda

With Julie

Obviously, I'm looking like women older than my actual age. Arghhh!!!

When it started, Julie left us behind and just walk ahead and never turn back. I tried to chased her thou, but I can't find her. And I left Kak Huda behind, I forgot that her leg have been injured. --"

Luckily, we've managed to get to the finish line, safely. YEAH!!!

After that Julie and I go to some booth and do some medical check up.

I may be skinny, but I have a big butt. T^T

My blood pressure reading are 84 something, and I nearly collapse when queuing for the medical check up. Lucky me, that Julie around. I hold on to her when I almost blackout. She keep asking me whether I was okay, but in me head I kept telling my self that I CAN'T COLLAPSE, because it will be embarrassing moment for me. I managed to sit, and some paramedic and Julie took me to a tent specially for emergency. I lie down for a moment and they gave some salt water. After that, when I can get up, and stand for a while, they let me go. Thanks a lot Julie, for being there, or else I think right now I'm not be able to write and tell the story about this right now.

And this is the second time I almost collapse, the first time happened during Eid Adha.

Ohh, I am such a weak person. I have to eat something to increase my blood pressure. But Julie told me that I have to eat some internal organ, which I hardly can eat. Bleargh...

Till then, I'll write more often. Take care and have a healthy lifestyle guys.

Bye.

Eid' al-Adha

It's been a while since my last post.

Ahem, assalamualaikum and a very good day to whoever read this.

I've been busy, because of the Eid' al-Adha last friday plus with no internet coverage at my grandma's place. Nothing much happen during Eid at my grandma's, except for us to preparing my aunt's wedding ceremony. Most of my relatives, cleaned up the backyard of the house, cutting down a few my grandma's trees (which she was not very pleasant about it) in order to make sure that tress didn't block the wedding tent.

And I, just basically watching them doing all the works while feeding on my little brother. HEHE... Typical me.

So, the ceremony will be held on this December, and my aunt is the youngest daughter of grandma, I'm pretty sure that everyone will be excited and have been waiting for this event.

And the day after that, I already in K.L. for the Qurban at my stepfather's side. All my years, this is the first time I watched the cow get slaughtered. At first they tie up cow's legs, let it fall so it easier for the to do his job. Before that, there is a hole are ready in order when the cow get slaughter, it's blood will only spill there. When the man get ready to do his job, everyone else are Takbir-ing (our pray and praise to Allah) together.

After the cow finally not move anymore, all of the man begin to peel (I don't know of I'm using the correct word, help needed!) the cow's skin. Surprisingly, there are no blood at the body area, it must all drained out after the slaughtered process.

And then, I get dizzy, because it is too hot at the middle of day, and I ran to Opah's house. I knew that I will pass out if I stay there. (--.)"

I hope that the non-muslim readers (if any) read this, please ask for details if you want to know more about Eid' al-Adha, as I am a very terrible story teller. Sorry. (--,)"

Okay, there goes another story.

Most of my friends knew that I have 2 other jobs beside my job now. My primary job is as Administration Assistant, the Company is nice, the environment is better than my previous one. I like it to be here. Well, sometimes there are some issues, but I think it's normal which every company have their issue, no?

Other than that is, I'm doing some part time as scrip translator. I rarely doing this as the job aren't for me always as they have many translator too. So, I don't always count on this one, plus the payment are always not in time. Never mind.

And another one is, as a part time Insurance Agent. Why am I doing this? I'll tell you in another entry.

Until then, good day everyone.

Bye.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Philippe Charriol, founder and owner of CHARRIOL, shared, “We believe CHARRIOL completes an image, a spirit and a look to fashion-forward Malaysians who value both design and top quality in watches. We want our customers to have an unparalleled brand experience with CHARRIOL, so we are opening our new-concept boutique which offers the opportunity to browse and enjoy many of our iconic products in full comfort.”

The event run very well. After some speech from Mr. Charriol, there was some fashion show (?) , showing the collection of watches and jewellery of course to the audience. I was mesmerized by a few models, I mean the timepieces' model. Not the models. Eh hem... as they were very attractive (and expensive too).

Philippe Charriol with his models.
And the collection of the timepieces of course.

From L- R : Mr.Gary Khoo, Managing Director of Mirar Laboratories; Mr. Philippe Charriol, founder and owner of CHARRIOL; & Mrs.Gary Khoo, Executive Director of Mirar Laboratories officially launching CHARRIOL’s flagship boutique in Malaysia located at Starhill Gallery in Kuala Lumpur.

After the launching, we were invited to the boutique to browse around and take a look of some collection of watches, jewellery, shades, leather bags and perfumes. Pheww, at first I just thought they only have watches' collection. And when I entered the boutique, I have and headache, because I want to try everything. Everything are so nice, pretty, beautiful... (Typical women) BAHAHA! But my happiness are perishable, when I saw their price, hmm, never mind. :3

Well, did you see me? I did't saw you either as I were busy trying the timepiece. BAHAHA!

The watch collection consists of several distinct lines with 18kt gold or steel models. These are the Actor, Alexandre, Colvmbvs, Rotonde by Charriol and Saint Tropez - CHARRIOL's newest line. For more information, you just can please visit http://www.charriol.com .

A friend of mine who is very lucky, won the grand prize lucky draw cash voucher worth RM2000.

Walkathon.

Good day everyone! May Allah bless us in everything we do today. ;)

Okay folks, yesterday I have received an email from my colleague about one event for diabetes awareness. Remember my last post? About how I want to make my life more worth it? So I decided to take part on this event.

It's actually have two part which are 5km of walkathon and 10km of run. Both held on the same day, same place. 11th November (2012) at Dataran Merdeka.

As I'm not that athlete kind of person, so I just choose to only walk(athon). BAHAHA! I may look skinny, but I have a big butt, which heavy. Therefore, I better walk for this beginning. (--,)"

I'm not aiming for winning of course, there must be a lot of pros. Meet new people and make new friends is the idea actually. I guest this is the right platform to start with.

So, come on quick and register as they open to 5,000 participants only.

See you when I see you. Bye!
