Be Patient.

Assalamualaikum, and have a good day ahead.

Right now, at this hour (as I typing this) I am working, to baby-sit some TOEFL candidates.

Well, while I have nothing to do, so here I am, writing.

...

Last night, my partner in crime and I went to Masjid Muadz bin Jabal, located at Setiawangsa.

"Kita dah lama tak pergi majlis ilmu ni Mimi, kotor dah hati kita ni. Awak pun kena pergi sekali."

She said. It's more likely an direct order to force me to come with her. Hihi...

The majlis ilmu or kuliah (I don't know what term to use in English), started with selawat and qasidah, prayer and praise to Allah and Rasul. Luckly this time we have the book, so we were not so blur like the another night. --"

And then, Ustaz Don Daniyal stand up and give us some lecture, usrah, and hadith. And I love it when he share with us the story about an Arab Badwi's guy, an animal called thok (I think, I didn't hear that clearly, it's something like biawak he said) and  Nabi Muhammad.

The story goes like this...(err, and I think it's better for me to tell it in Bahasa, I afraid that I will mistranslated it. T^T

...

"Wahai thok, kemari engkau."

Elok, jalan ke kearah nabi.

"Siapakah Tuhan kamu?"
Tanya nabi kepada thok tersebut.

"Aku beriman kepada Allah. Yang di langit ada arasy-Nya, yang di bumi ada kerajaan-Nya, yang di laut ada jalan-Nya, yang di syurga ada kebaikkan-Nya dan yang di neraka ada balas siksaan-Nya"

Dengan ajaibnya thok tersebut boleh berkata-kata.

"Siapakah aku"
Tanya nabi lagi.

....

This story, it's quite long and it doesn't finish here. And I know I didn't write this story as interesting as Ustaz Don told us last night. Lame me. Please forgive me. :)

So basically, Ustaz Don was meant to tell us that patient can mend a stubborn heart.

While the Arab Badwi guy came and insult nabi Muhammad, and Saidina Umar want to finish-off the guy, instead off get mad to the Arab guy, he stood up and advice Umar to be calm. And then talk to the Arab guy with nice tone and ask why.

You see, the people that I respect the most is the people who can hold up their anger and be patient to others. I'd encounter with some people who can't manage their anger properly and simple shout and sometimes come out from their mouth improper words.

Well, I am one of them.

I think that's why we have some wise sayings, "If you angry, don't speak. As your mouth act faster that your brain."

Lebih kurang macam tu lah. --"
I don't really remember the exact words. T^T

In my humble opinion, it is easy for us to change from bad to good. But to keep it, and stay like that will need a proper effort from us.

Our iman can increase and decrease anytime. It takes some works to maintain it at the level that we need it to be.

I get angry easily, ESPECIALLY when I'm with empty stomach. (I remember when I watched one of the Tanyalah Ustaz program, he said, "if you truly want to get to know a person's personality, get to know him/her when they're hungry.")

Secondly, what Ustaz Don want to convey to us is that, every creatures in this universe are have faith in Allah. Even if it is a biawak. If we don't have iman, we are no better than them.

I try and still trying to be a better version of me. So if you see me speak improper words, mencarut and all that. Please let me know and advice me. Old habits die hard, I guess.

Like Ustaz Don said yesterday, "I wish the mouth that says prayers and praise Allah and rasul isn't the same mouth that talk bad thing about others."

Oo Allah, the most merciful. Forgive us, the ungrateful servants.

Thanks for reading, I hope it will benefit all of us. ;)

Weekend Activities

Assalamualaikum.

Nowadays, when I looked at my circles of friends, I noticed that almost everyone have move on to next phase of their life. Build a family.

I'm happy for everyone, really. Eventhough sometimes there some eeney, minee, tiny little sense of jealousy. You know, when your friend attached with someone else, they don't really have time to spend with you. *sadface.jpg*

So, happen to be at my office there are another 'bujang girl' and share the same interest with me. so we have made a plan to hang out together last weekend.

You guys know where we've been last weekend?

Nahhh, enough for guessing.

My friend and I went to climb Broga Hill near at Semenyeh.

Suppose to be there will be some photos of us when we're up there, but my external hard disk are being funny, so, I lost ALL the photos.  I hope my friend still have them, and later on I can share with you.

We brought some props along with us and the bag are heavy. So, when we wanted to climb the first peak, there was one gentleman, that kind enough to offer his hand and help us to bring our stuff. We also met some nice people up there. Being shy my, I just able to smile and laugh along with their stories and jokes.

And we unable to continue to the next peak though as we're too tired. So we just took some nice spot ant be ready to take some shots of photo.

It's really nice. The view up there. It's breathtaking. Be sure to follow my Instagram to view the photo captured from my semakness phone.

At night, my friend took me to Restoran Pelita, Subang to have some taste on the restaurant's sup tulang/daging/kambing are super duper awesome. I am literally craving for it again right now. Perh!

And so, for the next day my friend took me to the Taman Putrajaya, and yes with some props to capture the beautiful view there. I really like the landscape of the lake near the Pullman Hotel. It's really, really nice man. Ohh, I wish my home in future will have such a beautiful landscape like that.

On the evening, there some couples of newly wed or newly engaged that took sweet momento of them  beside the lake.

Ohh, I love how people taking their wedding photos. Almost make me tear as well. HAHA!

So...

What's on my mind. When being forced to be a model.

eat.pray.love. I'm the expert of the number 1.

Yes, my tak-ikhlas's face. HAHA!

Thank you Wawa for your kindness. Only Allah will, and He certainly will repay your good deeds. Thank you so much for these nice momento. I love you.

So,  what your stories?

Buenanott. :)
